  • Name changes on DMV documents – NOTE: Non-U.S. citizens must visit a DMV Hub office to change a name on a DMV document. 
  • Duplicates of DMV documents
  • Non-Driver ID Cards – NOTE: Non-U.S. citizens must visit a DMV Hub office to obtain a Non-Driver ID Card for the first time.
  • Disabled Parking Permits



Directions
Traveling Route 395 North:  Take exit 80.  Take a left at the end of the exit onto Route 82.  Go underneath the overpass.  At the second traffic light take a right into the State of Connecticut Complex.  Take the next right after the commuter parking lot and follow to the end.
Traveling Route 395 South:  Take exit 80.  Take a right at the end of the exit onto route 82.  At the first traffic light take a right into the State of Connecticut Complex.  Take the next right after the commuter parking lot and follow to the end.
