The Department of Customer Services serves the residents of O‘ahu by issuing driver’s licenses, motor vehicle registrations, business licenses, disability parking placards, moped registrations, and bicycle licenses. They also provide printing services, archive city records, and offer public relations support for city services². The Motor Vehicle, Licensing, & Permits Division of the Department of Customer Services provides a range of motor vehicle, licensing, and public services, and conducts regulatory functions. Appointments are recommended for in-office services at AlohaQ. Next-day appointments are added daily between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. at all driver licensing centers, except the Commercial Driver Licensing Office.
