Your Experience: I had a very good experience at this DMV because of an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and determined young woman named Chequrita Booker Howard. I was transferring my registration to a new vehicle…taking over my daughter-in-law’s lease on her Venza….and Toyota Financial had sent the wrong paperwork to me to complete this task.  “CC” was persistent to the very end, calling Toyota several times to help them get it right ( total nincompoops! ) and finally, after 3 trips back to the DMV because Toyota couldn’t seem to get the right paperwork sent even after numerous explanations, she had everything worked out and we were able to get the job done!  I am so grateful for “CC’s calm, competent and determined attitude to help us get this accomplished.  You have a very special employee in Chequrita Booker Howard!
