Been trying to call this office for 3 days. Phone is being taken off the hook so no one us able to get ahold of them for anything. Go in and they expect you to have an appointment, even though they are purposefully disconnecting the phone line so calls don’t come in. I’m not sure if public offices are allowed to do that but it’s unacceptable.
