Your Experience: The website for this office for drivers license renewal said the office was open till 6 pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm just as the woman in charge was locking the door. I told her the website said they were supposed to be open till 6. She basically said too bad but you can call my boss tomorrow. Turns out her boss is her niece. It wouldn’t have taken her 5 minutes to help me, but instead she was rude. I live at the far end of the county, and it was a big hassle to drive there and then end up not getting my license renewed. They have since changed the website, but that doesn’t make up for the way she treated me. I believe that since the website was wrong, she should have been obligated to help me.
