The reinstatement fee for a suspended or revoked driver’s license in Aitkin County, Minnesota is $20. You can pay this fee at the Aitkin County License Center, located at 307 2nd St NW Room #108, Aitkin, MN 56431. The License Center is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
You will need to bring the following paperwork with you to pay the reinstatement fee:
A valid Minnesota driver’s license or ID card (if you have one)
Proof of identity, such as a birth certificate or passport
Proof of Minnesota residency, such as a utility bill or bank statement
Proof of insurance
If your license was suspended for a non-payment of traffic ticket, you will also need to bring the following paperwork:
The traffic ticket
The payment in full for the ticket
Once you have paid the reinstatement fee, you will be issued a new driver’s license or ID card. You can then get back to work.
