The Lakewood Motor Vehicle Office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM–5 PM. The office is responsible for motor vehicle titles, registrations, and renewals, as well as helping people with disabilities. The motor vehicle switchboard is available during business hours at (303) 271-8100. 

The Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles is located at 1881 Pierce St. and is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM–5 PM. Appointments are required to visit the DMV office.
