The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at 60 State Street, Wethersfield, CT 06161, is open by appointment only. 

The DMV’s hours are: 

• Tuesday and Wednesday: 8 AM–4 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 8 AM–4 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM

The inspection lane is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM–4 PM. Customers must arrive by 3 PM for all inspections, except for salvage inspections.
