I never received my Baltimore MD ID card from March

A) I understand that you are concerned about your Baltimore MD ID card that you applied for in March.

According to the Maryland DMV website, if you have not received your Maryland ID card after 30 days of applying for it, you should contact the MVA at 410-768-7000 or 1-800-492-4575 (TTY) for assistance. It is important to note that the most common error is using an old or inaccurate address. If you have moved recently, it is possible that your mail was not forwarded to your new address.

Here are some steps you can take to track down your ID card:

Check your mail. Make sure to check both your mailbox and your apartment’s mailroom. If your ID card was delivered, it may have been misdelivered.

Contact the Baltimore City Department of Transportation. You can call them at (410) 396-3100 or email them at dmv@baltimorecity.gov. They will be able to check the status of your ID card and let you know if it was mailed or if there was a problem with your application.

Go to the Baltimore City Department of Transportation in person. You can visit them at 401 E. Fayette St., Baltimore, MD 21202. They will be able to help you with your ID card and answer any questions you have.
