You need to pass both the written test and driving test in order to get your drivers license in KS. If you fail to pass either the written test or driving test, you may take either again the next working day after paying a $1.50 re-exam fee.
If you have never been licensed you must:
Present acceptable proof of identity and proof of residence
Not be canceled, suspended, or revoked in any state
Pass a vision examination
Pass all applicable written examination(s)
Pass driving examination (vehicle provided by you)
Pay applicable fees
