The Smith County Treasurer’s office offers limited driver’s license and ID card services most days. The office can renew and replace Kansas driver’s licenses, process applicants with driver’s education slips, sell motor vehicle records, process applicants with out of state licenses, and renew, replace and issue new DL cards. Every Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. there is a driver’s license examiner onsite and the office offers all services including drive tests, CDL renewals and concealed carry licenses.
