My experience at Mayfield KY DMV office – Nina: The website for this office for drivers license renewal said the office was open till 6 pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm just as the woman in charge was locking the door. I told her the website said they were supposed to be open till 6. She basically said too bad but you can call my boss tomorrow. Turns out her boss is her niece. It wouldn’t have taken her 5 minutes to help me, but instead she was rude……………
The staff (woman) the worked the front desk on January 20th was extremely rude. I guess she has a problem helping young ladies. Then the back staff had no idea how to transfer an out is state license. So made up a BS excuse that she would have to take the written test again because the y don’t comprehend what a graduated license is. It just like being educated and undereducated which this staff is. Maybe less pranks between each other and concentrate on your job. Good thing we just went to Paducah and had it handled in less than 10 minutes. All smiles there and a sincere Welcome to KY! Get trained Mayfield!
