I definitely don’t understand why this DMV can’t take walk-ins. The receptionist said only walk-ins are at this location but can you at least try to help anyone who needs to walk-in. Sometimes life doesn’t allow you to make appointments plus you don’t be open on Saturdays that when normal hard working citizens can make it but it seems like after COVID only about 5% of people who wants to help and the rest just sit back and don’t do anything. So if you have 3 employees at your location but they still have to work 8 hours. It should be a plan for receiving certain amount of walk-ins daily. I feel if you had 15 employees today it would have still been walk-ins only. This is definitely not good service and your job is to service the customers.
