October 9, 2023 – Holiday that 80% of the country does not get and that 60% of the country protests.
October 10, 2023 – I get to this office to find two employees standing outside writing customer names and phone numbers down on a pad of paper because the office has no internet service. They are switching over to a new “provider”. They certainly couldn’t do this yesterday, what with a holiday and everything. Why do that when they can inconvenience customers.
Never heard a thing from the employees.

They must believe they are running such a smooth operation that nobody would possibly need to contact them.
