My experience at Pelham AL DMV office – Bev

Your Experience: Very poor customer service. I tried all day 4/24/15 and all morning today April 27th and no one ever answers the phone!!! How are we to communicate with you? We are an out-of-state dealership. We sent a title to you Feb. 2 and the lienholder states they have not received the Title yet and it is almost May.
You should always have a live person answer the phone to direct calls or take messages.
I do not have time to stay on the phone waiting every day without ever speaking to anyone. This is very poor service and does not reflect well on the state of Alabama. I call other states and get a live person right away. I called various other license offices to see if they could provide a different number. They didn’t answer either!!  System needs to be revised to meet the needs of customers. I still need to call DMV Title Office in Pelham Al. Please have someone call me! 8**-**5-3**3 Bev.
